Welcome to the Canada-Alberta Job Grant (CAJG) Portal

This portal is how you apply for a new grant, submit paperwork for a payment and monitor your grant(s).

To access the portal, you need an Alberta.ca Account for Organizations. An Alberta.ca Account for Organizations gives organizations online access to the CAJG and other government services and programs.

Please review your options below:

Existing CAJG applicant New applicant to CAJG
  1. Review the CAJG website at alberta.ca/CAJG for the most up-to-date information and applicant guide.
  2. Log in to the CAJG Portal to:
    • Submit a new grant
    • Monitor your existing grant(s)
    • Submit for payment on approved grant(s)
  1. Review the CAJG Applicant Guide on alberta.ca/CAJG for eligibility and criteria.
  2. Create an Alberta.ca/Account for Organizations and join an organization.

  3. Log in to the CAJG Portal and complete your Organization's registration page.

You must log in your Alberta.ca Account for Organizations directly (click here) to make the following changes:

  • Update your contact information (last name, phone number and/or email address), or the organization’s name. Then email CAJG the change(s) to ensure the update gets completed in the CAJG portal.
  • Adding a new user. This new user will need to use their account to log into the CAJG portal to register as a new contact or appear as alternative signatory

Do not overwrite accounts. If needed email, jobgrant@gov.ab.ca to request a transfer once the new user has registered in the CAJG portal.

**Each staff member that requires access to the CAJG portal should have their own account and password. Passwords must not be shared.**
